Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, OC Fats embodied the heart and soul of his city. He was proud of his roots and carried that Dallas pride in everything he did. His educational journey was as remarkable as his entrepreneurial path. A graduate of Lakeview Centennial High School, he was known for his charisma, intelligence, and ambition from a young age. He continued to pursue knowledge and personal growth, studying at the Court Reporting Institute of Dallas, and later earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology (BSPsych) from the University of Phoenix. Never one to stop learning, OC Fats went on to further his education by studying for a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling Psychology at Walden University — a true testament to his passion for understanding people and helping others.
While his academic accomplishments were impressive, it was his work through Outta Control Kuztomz that showcased his unique creativity and dedication to excellence. Known for his custom designs and innovative approach, OC Fats turned his business into a trusted name across Dallas and beyond. His shop wasn’t just a workplace — it was a gathering spot for friends, family, and customers who quickly became like family. Through his artistry, he expressed his personality: bold, authentic, and out of control in the best way possible.
